Returns

All unwanted items should be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or 28 days for an exchange.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure returned items are sent back in their original packaging including any leaflets, instructions, batteries, or anything else included with the product.

Used items cannot be returned. If we suspect a product has been used it will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued. 

Faulty Items:

If an item is faulty, it can be returned for a full refund
